what's it meant to mean? surely it's just a typo of dramatically?

Also, another 'word' that irritates me is 'overexaggerate'.

Could have been a typo I suppose. It was said in the context that big changes were required. I read it that the poster was caught between :

drastic changes are required
&
unless something changes dramatically

He just went for the neat word fusion of "we need changes dramastically".

I haven't got the foggiest idea what it means so I'm inclined to guess no as it looks like a conflation of two or more other words. What do you think it means in context?

It's a word Ken Dodd used a lot, I think to describe a feeling of amazement.
