Thats supposed to be a 4Mbps down/4Mbps up MPLS link to our corperate datacentre. But since its lunch thats why its a bit lower, the sad thing is this connection is for over 110 employees on site, and costs upwards of a £1k a month.

The good news is that theres a secondary line that runs at 80/20 so when ever i need speed i just hop onto that connection . The plus side of being in IT

It's actually suffering a little bit as we're doing some external testing, so we're streaming a load of HD video around. But still, perfectly adequate.

When I get back to College I'll be sure to post a Speedtest from there. I've gained 500Mb/s down and 250Mb/s up there.

(Depends if I decide to stay or go out to work).
