World Cup Group D (Angola, Iran, Mexico, Portugal) **SPOILERS**

Iran had a fairly good start, pitty they couldn't play consistently.

Obviously being part Portuguese will be wanting them to do will :)

You have family from Portugal? Do you mind me asking what part of Portugal?

What an emotional game for Sanchez, feel for him. Good win for Mexico, very shoddy defending by Iran, second goal was very nice, I shouted goal as soon as the ball was whipped in! Great goal.

No party tricks from the Mexicans this year like what we saw in 98' were great fun to watch

Nice seeing Leonardo in the pundit team bringing in a different view. I seem to recall he was one of a very few Brazilians who was from a very rich family and well educated.

My father is half Portuguese, Portuguese passport until recently. Emigrated to the UK under EU laws way back now. I've never been there personally, no family there that I know of. :)

Ah ok, cool. :)

I think Portugal will go slightly easy on Angola being a former colony. :p

Yeah I’m wondering how this is going to turn out, Angola will be playing with a lot of heart. Going to be a good game, nice to hear Jonathan Pierce calling them the whipping boys  they'll never learn!
