Some people are just being a bunch of cry babies. If you want the game at midnight then go to your local shop. Do you want Gibbo to go to your house and personally deliver the game or something? This is overclockers not santa claus.

If they get the orders on release day. How do you expect them to get it to your house in a few hours?

What you say is true, retailers arrange deliveries to their stores outside working hours, you can't expect ocuk to hire a driver for each person so you can get your copy at midnight :rolleyes:

I'd say poor show, especially when other retailers are promising to have them in stock and sent to arrive on relase date.

It's ALWAYS the way with big name releases.
I've had things arrive on release day and even before a couple of times and I normally don't pay any extra for delivery.

Did OcUK say their stock was arriving on release date?
If so then you can add 2-3 days for delivery more than likely, which means people will just buy elsewhere.

For players of WoW if they can't get it promised for release date or before they'll either goto the store at midnight or preorder digitalyl via Blizzard, which currently sits at 29.99, guaranteeing playability as soon as servers go up. Of course if you've ever been there for a server launch on any games then you'll know things might not go 100% to plan ;)

We will be getting the games a few days before release just like we have with all other recent releases. Jesus people.

Also the amount of competitor talk is wearing thin. You all know the rules. Lets keep it that way.

More than likely people will have their copies by the weekend.

We had COD black ops on the Friday before (release was on tuesday).
 
It may just be me but i'd rather pay £5 less and have the possibility of it arriving a day later, £30 for an expansion to a game that you already pay monthly for is ridiculous.

OcUK, you have won my moneys, congrats.
 
Really disappointed, my post/parcel man has been this morning but no cataclysm :( - I knew this was going to happen!

Got mine as usual 3 days early(like they have done the past 4 pre orders) was installed by sat and im in the north east which has pretty bad snow, fair play to my postie and my etailer happy days
 
I haven't even seen a postman today...

Did OcUK ship yours before Friday then or did you get it from a competitor? Mine was only shipped yesterday and it would seem that royal mail have just been ****e today...

competitor mate was cheaper with free P&P then ocuk and i had used them before and they always delivered pre launch. Shame ocuk did price match would have given them a chance. Will bung a £10 note in cheap xmas card for the postie this year :)
