Worst player 11/12 edition.

David Luiz has been crap aswell. Not the worst but he shouldn't be playing in a Chelsea shirt. Maybe Wolves..... :D

he did quite well against Napoli, a few shakey moments, one bad mistake, but on the whole he had some really good moments. thing is people only ever remember the mistakes not the good points.

Ramires had a blinder of a game and he has been layed into a few times on here.

Torres did have a few flashes of his past self but he fluffed an open goal from a tight angle, nothing is going right for him, i don't think it's a confidence issue, it's just his luck and the player's around him, at chelsea they are constantly crossing the ball to Drogba's head, Terry's head, Ivanovic's head, etc. The same thing doesn't work with Torres he likes it played to his feet. Chelsea ideally need Gerrard or a player like him in their team to get Torres to perform at his peak.

For me, I'd say the following..

Torres most certainly. Henderson (I know a lot say Downing, but I actually feel that Henderson has been worse for me), Arshavin is a good call too. Savic is a good shout too, I think he has been dreadful and a liability in every match I've seen him in.

Lee Cattermolol.

He can't even play football! His contribution to a match is viciously kicking people, cannot understand how he is playing football never mind premier league football.

Others contenders;

Obertan
Williamson
Carroll
Torres
Downing
Zogbia
Arshavin
Barton
Rest of the QPR team

Henderson, Downing, Carroll & Arshavin - all names I agree with and have been listed many times.

Obviously some of the lower teams have to be disappointed with some of their "bigger" players - Roger Johnson, all of QPR, etc.

Nobody has mentioned big Per Mertesacker? - He has been woeful, maybe the fact that arsenal had so many defensive injuries means the quality of players around him did not help, but so slow to turn, not strong enough and looks poor on the ball. For a player of his size and experience just not good enough.
