worth upgrading from athlon 64 3200 -> athlon 64x2 4200 ?

Buying a PSU as its blown up

Worth also adding to the order at the same time:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Socket 939, Toledo Core, 2x 2.2GHz, 1MB Cache, OEM - £45 ?

Currently got a athlon 3200 overclocked to about 2.2/2.3ghz i think.

Seconded, you'd undoubtedly be able to overclock it to a lot more than 2.3Ghz too.
