would a 280 rad be capable of cooling dual 4890s?

Well as title says, would it? Im getting a new case soon, Lian Li A71FB and theres space for a 280 rad at front, not decided yet if Im going to go WC sooner or later, might wait til next build, but if I did decide to do it now would a 280 be capable for the gfx cards? then maybe a 240 for cpu, or is 280 simply not enough for dual hot cards?
