Would I be able to get a window for an Antec SLK3800BUK?

Hey all,

After managing to grab a great deal of £11.75 for a B-grade Antec SLK3800BUK, I was wondering if there was anyway I could get a window for it. I have checked the Antec site, and although I didn't see any refferences to windows, I thought maybe you might be able to buy independant/generic windows that might fit as it says the case has removable sides (as you'd expect), or maybe even a window for another case might fit.

Any ideas, greatly appreciated.

wow thats damn cheap for that case - have you got it yet, whats the matter with it?

I would just mod the case and cut a hole with a jigsaw tbh

Sure is

. I've had the confirmation email and should be here Monday with any luck. To be honest it would have to be pretty badly beat up for me to complain at that price

. Didn't have to pay postage either, as a friend was making an order for new pc parts so just asked him to stick it on there.

Are you suggesting adding a sheet of glass/perspex to the inside? Wouldn't want to damage the acoustics/airflow of the case.

there are pleanty of guides around to help you do it.

just take ** time and get the cuts correct

I'd hang fire for the delivery e-mail or phone the shop before you buy any other bits as there has been a few errors with the orders over the weekend.

I've seen the result of a side window mod a guy did somewhere on forums.silentpcreview.com, I'll try and find it - looked quite good.

Well other items in the order had delays on them, so none of it has been dispatched yet.

That said, hearing of all these failed orders on the B-grades I won't keep my hopes up.
