Why not? We all know there’s a certain stigma attached to riding a scooter but it’s a cheaper alternative, better than walking, cheap to insure and probably a lot of fun if riding with a few of your mates.
 
Well I had look at the XADV and it's a really good bike overall. The the dual clutch auto is very impressive and the bike handles and rides nothing like a scooter. Always seemed to select the right gear and respond without any hesitations.

A few things I'm not sure about though. Not having a clutch to blip the throttle and let people know you're filtering could be a pain. A button to engage the clutch would be nice. Having the rear brake on the bars and your feet doing nothing is weird.
Lastly the £9600 price tag is a lot to part with for this bike. I can see why it's expensive but I'm not sure what Honda is offering is worth anything like that kind of money.
 
Looked at trike's or even quads? see if they are any better for you?

You don't get the same filtering as a bike but still the open air riding :)
