WoW high latency D/C drop outs

have been recently experienceing sporadic high latency in 1-2kms and d/c we have a 10mb connection through router, somtimes its fine somtimes its not, tried everythign which they say, such as get rid of addons and open ports but nothing.

Any thoughts?

its on hakkar sever, no one else was dropping out as i was in a raid. Forum says no problems
