WOW - magic essence is a pain :(

Just me, or is this really hard to get hold of?

I am looking for Lesser or greater magic essence, and the best place I can find them is the auction, and they cost a BOMB.

Anyone know a cheap or easy way of getting hold of this stuff?

If your 60/70, solo ZF and DE all green/blue, you'll get plenty. (think thats greater essence lvl)

That's eternal essence. Magic essence is the first one, and it disechants (roughly) from level 10-20 items.

Get a disenchant predictor mod such as: http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/downloads/details/1272/ and go through a low level instance.

Forgot to mention, I am on the Alliance side, and am a level 30 priest at the moment

I take it your an enchanter ?

whats your other profession - tailoring, leatherworking. even blacksmith and engineering probably have lvl 10-20 recipes to make items that will disenchant into what you are after

enchantrix is another program that will give you an indication of what something DE's into , by the same people who write auctioneer

Yeah, I used to use Enchantrix to find what recipes disenchanted into what stuff and then made those items to make enchanting materials.
