I have inherited a site that went with dell wyse terminals running windows 7 embedded. They are all running in write mode i have been told. Now i need to update some drivers and a tiny usb agent software for digital dictation software. I have been looking in to how to do this and I have not found anything that has impressed me so far. Has anyone got any experience with updating software on dell wyse terminals?
I found a pdf that says basically i will have to go to each terminal physically and change environment variables and then update the software and so on.

Here is the KB article I found. I just thought this seems odd that i have to do it manually?
Is there any way to script it without sccm?
