X1650XT or 7600GT AGP upgrade

My mate has an Athlon XP AGP based system and was looking at a VGA card upgrade for it.

He has narrowed his choice down to either a Geforce 7600GT or a HIS x1650XT AGP card.

Looked at various sites & benchmarks and it looks like they are pretty equal.

What do you all think ?? Any reasons for or against either card ??

Yeah both cards are pretty much equal, but the x1650 has much better image quality than the 7600, and can do AA+HDR, about all thats in it really.
