X1800xt 512mb running PE bios anyone?

Hi guys am just wandering if any of you guys are running the PE bios on the x1800xt 512mb card? i am thinking of doing this but have heard some horror stories about temps and card problems? if you have, did u notice a performance difference? 3Dmark 05 score difference?

05 scores for me went from 9k to 10k. Very little temperature differnce

Jack are you running it on the stock fan? if so what temps are you getting? have you experienced any problems with it being run on the PE bios?

What does the PE bios do other than raising the clocks?

Stock fan altho I have increased fan speed to 66% ( normal was fine however) Temperatures 45 C idle 75 C load.
