Hi, just realised when I switch my pc on I get a red LED going off near the Molex connector of the Sapphire card, what the chuff does this mean? (Didnt even know it had one there) Never seen it happen before.

Yeah it seems to be fully in, its a seasonic 500w psu and I cant be bothered listing all components atm but its not drawing no where near 500w (my system doesnt have sli, loads of harddrives and the like).
