Which would you prefer and which will be quicker? Both cost about the same but which is the better choice. To be used with a 3800+ AM2 CPU

I very much doubt they cost the same, now if you comparing the price of an x1900xt and SLI 7600GT's then that might be a better comparison in terms of price.

£30 quid difference

EDIT : Im thick, The X1800XT is £164

So will the dual 7600GTs be quicker?

Go for the X1800XT. Don't forget there are a lot of games that do not support Sli and the X1800 will be much quicker then.
