x1950 pro to x1950xt worth it

Got the option of buying a mates 1950xt for around £90, will this give me a significant boost in performance over the pro as if the boost is going to be minimal then it's just not going to be worth it.

Current spec in sig.

It'll be about a 10fps increase ingame at 1280x1024 - it's reasonable I guess but I'd be more inclined to pay around £75 for a used one.
 
10fps doesn't really sound worth, I was going to beat the price down any way probably to around £70 with a couple of pints thrown in.
