X570 Tomahawk RGB and chipset fan question

Hi guys, just a few questions which hopefully some of you can answer.
I downloaded Dragon center and changed the LED's, but I didn't really like the bloat software, so I uninstalled. The lights are now stuck on the colours I set. I have tried resetting cmos, but that didn't clear it.
Do I have to flash the bios to reset it?

Secondly, the chipset fan never seems to come on. In the bios, it is set to balanced.
Should I change that to manual?

I've left mine on balanced as from what I know and have read it will come on when it needs too so when the chipset get too hot, which from what I've read is mainly when pushing the pcie 4 nvme like large file transfers between nvme drives.

On the rgb I don't know if flashing the bios again would reset it I think you can turn it off in the bios, I did see a setting for rgb with a on/off toggle, but got to say thank you for letting me know that uninstalling dragon center keeps the set rgb mode/colour.
