Xbox 360 games all 5.1 sound ?

Hello,

I am thinking of getting this Pioneer HTPGS1 Xbox 360 Surround Sound System @ £235 HERE

Would all Xbox 360 games take advantage of that setup, 5.1 sound ?

Would it also work when playing DVD's ? would it work with the new HD-DVD drive ?

Also would it connect up to my system, Hyundia A321 HDMI 32" HDTV conneccted with 360 VGA cale ?

I believe ALL 360 games take advantage of 5.1 Dolby Digital. Though some may be better than others, as it'll depend on the game genre.

It'll work fine for DVDs, and also the HD-DVD drive too.

You'll need to get an optical cable to connect the 360 to the surround setup.

If you want to connect your TV to the setup, you'll have to run a normal phono connection from the TV to the phono input on the speaker amp.

As far as I am aware they do, & it is amazing!!

Have just done the same thing & COD3 is fantastic through 5.1

Must admit I do like the look at that system.. My mate has just got himself a new LCD TV and is looking at a surround system. Ill point him towards that perticular one..

My logi's click into dolby digital mode whenever i have my 360 on and notice it. 5.1 goodness mm

if you get them, get condemned on and turn ya speakers up

quality surround sound there that really builds up the atmosphere in that game
