xbox 360 games you have to play?

Howdy,

I had an Xbox back in 2006 but was too addicted to PC gaming to really play it much, same thing happened when I bought a ps3 lol. Anyway I'm now really bored and am gonna get an xbox again, mainly because all my IRL mates have an xbox so I will actually have people to play with online, my ps3 was so lonly playing alone :(

Anyway, I completed GoW 1 and Halo 2 I think, I'm sure I did Halo 1 on xbox 1. The bundle I have ordered includes GoW 2, HALO:ODST or summit, what is this?, Fable 2 & Forza 3.

So What games are worth playing?

I was thinking of getting Halo 3, SF4 second hand in the near future.
 
I'll take a look at Rez, I played MW2 on pc over xmas at it was funny for a month but I stopped playing it as it is generally trash.

Think I'll buy BC2 for it as I imagine most will start playing this for fps?
 
Resident Evil 5 is fun on Co-Op if it's your cup of tea, really cheap now too, I saw it for £9.99 in Gamestation. (If you haven't already played it on PS3/PC that is). I imagine most people will be playing BC2 when that comes out so good shout there. In terms of single player it's worth giving Mass Effect 2 (and the original Mass Effect) a go if you like third person shooter/rpg hybrids. :)

GoW2 and ODST that come with your bundle should give you lots of online fun, ODST also comes with the complete Halo 3 multiplayer and all of the extra maps too.

if you are interested in the story mode for the halo games then playing halo 3 would be a good one. Its not essential to play it before ODST though.

Bayonetta, Bioshock 1 & 2 & mass effect 1 & 2 are all great games too

Not really but pick it up as it's a fantastic game. The games you've got bundled with the 360 are brilliant should keep you occupied for a while but I recommend these games mate.

Mass Effect is ment to be really good I picked it up for a tenner the other week but haven't cracked it open yet.

Resident Evil 5 is brilliant, there is a gold edition of the game coming out this month on the 12th I believe it has all of the DLC bundled with it so pick this copy up if you can.

Battlefield BC2

Also if your interested in getting SF4 there is another version of the game coming out might be worth holding out for.

Maybe you should sign up to a rental company Boomerang is ment to be good I use lovefilm and have no problems.
 
yeh I got Mass effect 1 and bioshock on the PC, never even played them though :p

I'll do them on oc first then borrow my mates bioshock 2 on xbox when he is bored of it.

Think I'll have to buy halo 3 and bc2 :p
 
can res evil be played co-op on the same machine (split screen) ? my missus loves the older res games so might be worth me looking into

Im in the same boat as you oxy,recently gave up on pc gaming and tried to get to grips with my xbox 360 that ive had for 3 years and never played due to pc gaming lol

BC2 is going to be the next big game so i deffo reckon you need to order that,currently im playing SP cod 4 which im enjoying (altho i played it through on pc)

Halo ODST is an expansion based on playing as an ODST (orbital drop ship trooper) who are not SPARTANS. It's pretty good still.

I'd recommend (only if you like the genre)
