XBOX 360 Live 2100 points £6.95

Hmm, cancelled 2 or my orders in case they charge me too much. However, I'll leave the Woolies one as I paid with Paypal and they taken the correct ammount.

If all else fails, I need some points anyway.

Woolies have just phoned me and told me that the vouchers are not valid for "cash accounts" and my order has now been cancelled. Lady on the phone said that a lot or orders had been going through, and asked where i got the vouchers from.

So beware of phone calls in the next few hours.

So what about those who paid by card? Do they have the legal right to charge full amount even though I only authorised £6.95 or should they simply cancel the order?

EDIT: NM. I phoned up and cancelled it except it's now showing I'm still going to be charged £3.95 for non-delivery. LOL. What a fiasco this has been. Learned my lesson now. :D

awww, missed this :(

I've done these deals before where they take the full amount then refund you the savings, never had a problem tbh so I wouldn't worry about cancelling your order (Last deal like this I did was through additions direct I believe)

Yeah done it before with littlewoods, got the money refunded no problem - no idea why people make such a big fuss over missing £15 for a few days!

Because they have been known to retake that £15 months later on down the line. Loads of people got stung before, and although everyone protested it was illegal they were proved to be ok to do it. If you are genuine new customer then I'm sure people will be fine, setting up new accounts with just a different email address might get you a nasty surprise.

I personally will never order from any of their group of websites again even though I've never had a problem, I just don't agree with what they have done in the past.

Ok now im confused.

Just received 3 emails from paypal. All 3 are from a refund from Woolworths (£3 each)

Not only did i only make 2 orders but ive received the goods =\
