XBOX 360 Live 2100 points £6.95

£3.95 was the delivery yeah. But i only got charged the £3 (used delivery code) and been refunded the full £3 for each order, and an extra refund for £3

So no i have 2 lots of 2100points that i payed £6 for.

And i have a refund of £9 :o

Wonder if ill get a phonecall later, lol

I got the delivery refund but no explanation and it's being held by paypal for some reason.
Also on my account with woolys it says the 2100 points aren't available when it says they are on the website. I just mailed them to see what was going on and they sent a cut and paste reply that answered none of the questions I asked so I sent a more detailed reply asking for definite answers, still waiting on the reply to that though (just sent it).
Seems a bit odd.

So you have received a refund for the delivery but NOT the cards themselves?

Here's what happened with me:

Saw 'XBOX 360 Live 2100 points £6.95', thought 'yes please!', but i was too late and the code only worked for orders over £50.
I worked out that it is still relatively cheap, so i ordered 4200+2100 points for £38 after discount and free delivery.
Received 4200 but 2100 is out of stock. Phoned up to ask what would happen (i was hoping they'd refund £18 from the £38!!) but they told me that the -£15 code was NOT for me and would not be allowed (thanks for letting me know earlier). So i'd paid £35 for 4200 points, and if i wanted, i could order stock for the 2100 points for £18.
Promptly requested a refund, which they were cool with. They're sending someone to pick up the item on Monday, which is nice.

still waiting for this to arrive, says out of stock, also the £15 discount has disappeared from the order! not happy about this at all!

op where did you get this code?

going to cancel the order, not worth it like this.

Had a surprise package at the foot of my front door this morning, my 12 months gold membership has arrived.

Thanks haveaniceday.

cant believe people still fall for this scam....your having problems bc they in no way intend to honour the deal, you will either not get your item and a refund after a month OR get your item with the £15 charge reapplied.

not had card, order shows as pending for full price.
emailed them complaining
got below reply
Thanks for getting in touch with Woolies.
.
I am sorry, if you use a cash discount promotion, such as £10 off, and you pay for your order with a credit or debit card, we’ll process your payment in two stages. First we’ll charge your card with the full price of the order and then we’ll refund to your card the value of the discount. Please note that the payment and refund may not occur simultaneously, but the refund will be made no later than when your order is despatched

At the time of ordering you quoted a £15.00 discount code. Unfortunately, as this code was not issued by Woolworths, I am sorry to let you know we cannot accept it as a discount off your purchase. As we cannot amend your order, we have had to cancel it in accordance with clause 2.3 of our terms and conditions.

The item is in stock, if you still require this item, please place your order online.
I apologise for any disappointment that this causes.
We hope this answers your question. If there’s anything else we can do, just email us by clicking the reply button and we’ll be happy to help.

Well they refunded me the total paid through paypal and sent me a snotty email saying the voucher code I used wasn't mine to use which was a fair point so I can't really grumble and it's not like I actually lost anything. This is the last time I bother with threads like this though, I would go as far as to say that littlewood group voucher code threads should be banned as they don't seem to end well for the majority.
