xbox 360 open ports

hi,
ive opened the ports as suggested by xbox live support and by my router support but im still getting moderate on nat connection test

ports open:
udp 88 to 88
tcp 3074 to 3074
udp 3074 to 3074

this is making me limited on halo 3 multiplayer
is there something else i can do???
my router is draytek 2800 series

I'm not familiar with that router model/manufacturer - is there an option somewhere to select uPnP? I know some router models have that option, and it's a simple case of enabling it to use xbox live etc.
