Xbox 360 - Pc Monitor. Want to use speakers.

My brother is using his PC monitor for his Xbox 360 screen, but he has no PC at the moment.

He wants to use speakers with his 360 because the monitor ones are pretty poor. The monitor only has an audio input... Is there a way to get a set of speakers working so he doesn't have to use monitor speakers?

Plug the phono/3.5mm connections from the VGA cable into the speakers. Done.

They are Logitech speakers. 'Logitech OEM S220 2.1 Speaker'

You need a twin phono to mini jack adaptor

and a mini-jack to mini-jack stereo coupler

This enables you to connect the VGA phono cables to PC speakers.

Both available from a well known electronics bits superstore.

You get one of them with the official VGA cable.

I spent so much on one of those, and then found out that they came with the VGA cable Q_Q lol
