I don't think getting a 360 would turn out to be a shrewd move, considering your history.

That is probably correct. I do seem to make a lot of these purchases, even if I think they are a good idea, it almost always turns out they are not; even after a lot of thought.

I really wanted to do this (I was thinking of this today), but it seems complex. I have to buy things to connect USB devices, I have to get a certain game, and then I have to go through the whole procedure. The main issue with this is that the things I need are not available around me and thus it would be difficult.

Also, after thinking about it, it seemed like the Media PC was a bit of a bad idea for me. I rarely listen to music, and I watch very little TV and almost no films. The only use would be the internet for me, but as the XBox is literally 2.5 metres away from my computers, it hardly seems worth it.

Well there is a reason.

With the XBox, my friend said that Halo was a good game and that we should play it, so I went and bought the XBox to play Halo, but the game was scratched, so it no longer works.

With the Nintendo DS Lite, I bought it and the person told me that I could get a game for a lower price as I had bought the Nintendo DS Lite, and thus I decided to buy Need For Speed Carbon.

That is the reason really.

My main console has always been the Sony Playstation 2, but I have played all my games on that a lot.

I'll check back in 2 weeks to see if you've modified your xbox so you can watch divx on it and play emulators.

I probably will not have done that.

That statement has been up for a long time, but I have little time to do hardware projects worthy of putting up as I am doing exams soon.
