Xbox, Bluray going to home screen

Hi,

I have a Xbox One and a Xbox One X. Both are Blu Ray region C as they were bought in Russia.

Region B blu rays tell me wrong region and Region Free play fine. However Chernobyl Blu Ray doesnt do either, any ideas why? Both consoles load the disk then just jump back to home screen, this happens on both disks in the boxset too.
