Just had an email from nvidia to state that xbox game pass games are now on GeForce now..

Always been the best cloud gaming platform in my opinion, with this addition I might just be resubscribing to the 4080 plan..

XCloud always worked but was never as polished or with the same low latency as GFN,

Couldn't see a thread so thought I'd post for those not aware :)

I tried it around 18 months ago, 'priority' plan so just meant you could jump the queues for a decent rig but not the best.

Quality was amazing, beat the tomb raiders and darksiders on my phone using an nacon MG-X pro, all looked beautiful on my pixel 6 Pro with no noticeable lag. (250mb connection)

I imagine buying a 4k monitor and this subscription with a NuC is an epic way to get in on 4k gaming cheap.

My main gripe with the service is the game library, it's okay, but could be better. Which now is obviously improved with the game pass integration.

I'm debating on buying a 4k monitor to go with an Am5 build I'm doing, but I can't deny that I'm unsure as the hardware you need to run 4k is bloody expensive. £180 for the year for 4k membership and a cheap pc I've already got seems really good, but I love Returnal right now which isn't on it :( compared to about £1000 minimum for the desktop which is guaranteed to depreciate more than the £180 membership cost.

So... Bit the bullet, ultimate plan at £17.99pm, 4k 144hz monitor, it's outrageously good for the cost. My 5700g outputs 4k at 120hz on the onboard so it's a super cheap option, though I'm not sure how it does this as everywhere states 60hz.

Just an update, I've been playing Remnant: from the ashes via the ultimate plan, put in 4 hours so far, not one bit of pixelation / lag - locked 120fps 4k ultimate quality with around 18/19ms ping, it feels like it's running locally, I don't even understand how they can do it!
