they don't get added straight away. you need to earn so many before they get transferred, though the question asking you if you'd like your points added to your account straight away suggests its a feature they're looking into?

How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards?

A. Xbox LIVE Rewards Points equal to or greater than 100 are deposited automatically into your Xbox LIVE account each month. If you don't have an Xbox LIVE account, click here to set one up. It may take up to 45 days for the points you earn to be deposited into your account. If your points total is less than 100, the points will be held as pending until 100 total points are reached and deposited into your account.

at least there is a timescale now (dont see why it takes up to 45 days though..)

yeah, got an email, and next time i looked the points were added.

think i was just over 45 day

Given that it can take weeks for points to register and weeks for them to be deposited, I'd not give up hope just yet.

yeah, took ages for mine to come through, now im down to 60 points, so another 2 surveys until they get deposited

well they owe me points for family gold membership and last months live purchases and this months purchases. all in all must be quite abit now but its taking forever to turn up. all of there promotions are like this though, my referal xboxlive games took around 2 months to arrive as well.
