I believe you can still use the external drives to "store" the X/S games until you're ready to start them. It'll be quicker transferring from the external drive to internal drive than downloading them when you're ready.

Yup and they are incredibly quick to transfer.

Tried plugging in a Kb and mouse for cyberpunk.....of course Cyberpunk doesnt support them on console.

Well that depends what you are using for your external, if it's an SSD yeah its quick, but if you're using a 2TB HDD like me, it's around 80MB/s.

I know. Its all adfons included with mod support and all sorts. The upgraded visuals will be nice. Had Skyrim modded on pc (about 300 mods) it was an insanely beautiful game.

you can, its about 16 mins per 100 gig in transfer time so quite quick. Be quicker if the external drive is an ssd.

Obviously right now 99% of games out there are BC, with a small portion enhanced for series X|S so the majority of current games can be played from external.

Just messing. I think as dev's get a better handle on it, they will use it better. But we are a long way off "realistic" graphics in games.

Though, when I watched your video, I thought I would fire up a vid of watchdogs legion with ray tracing, and was quite impressed really. We have a long way to go, but really have come a long way already.

Which reminds me, I really need to play/finish that so can trade in towards ps5 early next year (me optimistically assuming PS5's will be available early next year.

I used stock informer, but had Telegram set up from them so it just popped up on my phone.
