Same here I was playing HDR before SF4 came out but hardly touched it since then. Found it hard adjusting when switching between the two with them being so different.

Please can everyone READ THE RULES on the first page if they haven't already. I will post the fixtures for the first games in a few mins just to kick start things but just to remind everyone... you can play your league games whenever you are able too. Just confirm with your opponent it is your league game before you play. It is down to you all individually to arrange your league games, it is advised to use this thread to do so and to check this thread daily to know when others will be around to play.

That's not true lol, I hate playing against Ryu more then anyone and there are afew solid ones in this! I actually invited a solid Cody and Blanka but they both never made it.
If you wish, you may upload vids but this will be encouraged once we reach the playoffs.

I'm thinking I might run with Adon for this, I've only been playing him for about 3 days but I'm having so much fun; besides, Balrog is boring since I just win all the time.
If it goes pear shaped, you always have Balrog to fall back on.
Great start for me, just got thrashed 3-0 by AlexGrandMaster. 
First game yeah but I got beat quite comfortably so chose Akuma because I have beaten him before with Akuma. Not a good move I got beat even more badly then so back to Ryu for the last game and it was a lot closer.
We need some of the ocuk regulars to really step it up in this league! Back to the drawing board (or training mode) for me...

Well done though beating the reigning champ, had to be Akuma in all 3 games you won right?
He had to have used Akuma. He is very attacking and when he gets going he has some really good combos, I have to catch him on one of his off days when we play.
Brave lol but well done on getting a tough win under your belt.

Oh btw, since most of us are taking part in the 'Wed night fights', league games are on hold every wed evenings. We will use those evenings for practice only. If you wanna play your league games during the day though by all means go for it.

Funny that, he also added me and I assumed it was someone from here so midway through some friendlies I had a look down the player list and he wasn't there.
Anyone know who he is???
