Beware fellow warranty owners, I bought a 2 year extended warranty about 8 months ago, no paperwork was received so I rang the helpline and whined at them. Since then have had 3 phone calls from Microsoft in the States asking me to confirm that I'd pay for the warranty. The most recent one was this evening when I asked if there was a problem, the nice lady on the other end of the phone said there was no problem. Obviously there is as you would expect them to know I've payed so god knows whats going on. My Credit Card was debited for 60quid with the company name of Warranty. Anyone received their paperwork from the warranty purchase ?
