xbox360's library just gets worse....

I own both xbox360 and a PS3.

I nearly sold my PS3 at the start of the year. I just didn’t seem to be using it, but what I found out is that I’d not looked at the PS3’s exclusive titles. And trust me, PS3 does have some right gems, and lots more coming as many have listed.

The problem with the 360 is that it is huge in the states. It is therefore the lead platform and is the one system everyone looks at for the current state of the games industry. Makes no difference if the PS3 is dominating Japan or Europe, it’s the US market that dictates.

PS3 is a powerful games console when its programmed for correctly, or is the lead platform. However ports from the 360 to PS3 have got better, but its still not there. Screen tearing is a major problem for PS3 users, most 360 ports suffer worse screen tearing when ran on a PS3.

Still, if the PS3 is what you’re looking to get then buy one. Safe to say I’m sure you’ll enjoy all that the PS3 has to offer, but the PS3 excels in its exclusive content but can pale with cross platform.

Me, personally I’m pleased I didn’t sell my PS3. The 360 I’ve got has not been used in 7 – 8 months now. I too find it hard to get titles for the 360 I want to play. Truth be told, I buy cross platform on PS3 as online isn’t of much interest and I still prefer the Ds3 pad.

IMO both systems are excellent at what they do. This is play video games, and neither is better they are just different architectures doing the same job.. just one has a handful more exclusives and a free network to play on.

Im contemplating selling this system as the games for the xbox just seem to be gettting worse. The ps3 seems a far better fair to entertain than microsofts xbox360. Would you agree? or would you counter this argument and state whether there are any worthwhile gems exclusively coming for the 360?

Insubstantial post is insubstantial.
