Xeon Mobo advice

Can anybody reccomend a motherboard to run 2x Intel Xeon E5320 Quad Core cpus? Will it be poss to overclock these chips? And can std sk775 cpu water blocks be fitted to sk771 Xeons, or will they need modding?

Not sure about a motherboard for sk771 but as you may or may not already know there are the equivalent quad core xeons coming out soon for the 775 socket which will make chosing a motherboard easier.
