XFI Gamer / HD Audio

Hello,

I have a new built consisting of an E2140 and an Abit Fatal1ty F-190HD motherboard, it only has one spare PCI slot. Is the onboard HD audio (Vista Premium approved) any good. I was gonna flog the X-FI and use the HD. I bought last weekend a set of AEGO M system 2.1 speakers.

The PC will be running on VISTA and 2 gig DDR 6700, I am hoping the FATAL1TY branded HD will be okay?

Not at all. Just sold my X-Fi and to be honest i cant tell the difference using onboard audio ( HD Azilla ) which i think is the same as on your board
