I was looking into buying one of tthese cards as they are only £100 and this is all i can afford for a graphics card, i was wondering what they are like and weather the stock cooler is noisey as my brother has got a 7900gt and the stock cooler was so noisey it was deffining. This card has got good clock speedz and is not far of a 7900gt so i was looking for some help as i cannot afford a 7900gt but could maybe afford another 7600gt shortly.

Thanks

Do yourself a favour and go for a BFG 3DFuzion 7600 GT. They're only £88 this week and aren't XFX, who have a dire reputation as of late even for them.

Thanks mate but i thought xfx made good cards, but that is what a friend told me. what is the bfg like and could you post link on reply .

Thanks

XFX make typical cards, not awful yet also nothing special, but their support is horrific according to my friends who have recently switched to ATI because of them. You might notice that the entire 7900 line from XFX has been banished from OcUK too, due to their horrific support when handling the Exploding 7900 GT Crisis Of 2006™.

If you want an extreme overclocked edition, I have been seeing nothing but praise for BFG (as always), eVGA, Gainward, and Leadtek.
