No problem, Its the F-13 in a "Clarke CHT314 Universal 'O' Ring Set" which comes in very handy!

I've got the new XSPC D5 res as well, didn't use the fill cap that came with it though as fitted an external fill port. No leaks at all though.

19x2.5mm O Ring size is what worked for me, that is on the stock fill port plug with the stock O Ring removed.

I take it you extended the fill port with some pipe and then capped it?

Just measured it for you and its 60x2.5mm.

I just wanted an easy way to fill/top up without pulling the res forward.

well the old one has never sealed properly and as i said its only 2 days old the pump and the plexi top, its been apart twice now

If its only 2 days old and leaking cant you return it?

I am happy with the res now I have fixed the port, there was a thread last night that I guess has been deleted where a guys OCUK Watercooled PC build had leaked on his way home with it and it looked like the exact problem I have avoided by fitting the larger O Ring.

Just wanted to make people aware before they tip their systems to bleed the air out!

this was in my basket till i read this, i like things to work straight out of box.
but reading this has put me right off, hope this is sorted out soon.
