I can confirm this issue too. Just fired up my new loop using the pump/res and after shaking the case around, it does start to weep a wee bit. Other than that, fantastic! Love being able to Change the speed, makes bleeding the system a lot more easy!

Shhh that's a secret, the noobs aren't supposed to know the easy way to bleed a loop

Yer I just got a D5 for my new build, kicks the pants off the EK 4.0. Even on setting 2 it's pushing more fluid than the 4.0 and with less noise too.

Just purchased this res, did the fill port get resolved by XSPC.

looks like a g/14" exention fitting, 90 degree compression fitting, straight compression fitting, bulkhead or fillport fitting & g/14" stop fitting
