No, it dosn't look like it's fully unlocked at all. It is obviously clocked at a higher speed though...................a distinct difference me thinks

Ive only got 12GB or ram, I can't be having over twice that in video ram, not that I could afford one even if they were for sale.
And if they did go up for sale what a bargain the original Titan V would seem and the upcoming 1180 would look like an absolute steal at just £750.
