If signals like 576i & 720p were not being upscaled or stretched went displaying on a 1080i/p screen then you would have only a small picture in the centre of the screen...firstborn said:Granted I've had a few beers tonight, but what in the name of god is that supposed to mean.....
(I.E If displaying at 1:1 then the lower the res of the input signal the smaller the picture on the screen would be)
