Young Drivers Car Insurance...

The only exception to the rule is what I did, get classic insurance. I'm not sure if it's still offered to under 21s now, but Footman James sorted me out on a Classic Mini 3 years ago. Still haven't paid more than £800 for an insurance policy at 20 :)
