Young people feel 'isolated' in their community

You're more right than anyone here will give you credit for.

Although you could substitute any community based activity for church, if that makes the militant atheists happier.

Yes it does thanks, it also makes their little orifices much much safer.

Unless its off to a scout hall.... :p

Typical Umbro clothing, hoodies, walking the streets at night next to what appears to be a block of flats. They feel isolated? I wonder why.

I wouldn't want to speak to them either. Probably get stabbed for initiating a conversation.
 
Touch wood I don't seem to have much of a problem where I live. Which is strange considering that even though I live in a new build estate it's about a 1 minute walk to the type of estate where the police regularly patrol :(

I suppose it kinda helps that whenever most of the people round here see me, I'm walking my staffy so I look like I fit in :(
