Well its been like 11 days since I started this thread, and decided perhaps atkins wasn't the best idea, and upon weighing myself tonight I've lost a mighty.........2lb.
I'm not sure if thats because a) I had just eaten when first weighed or b) I had the ***** last night

I'm not-sure a 'regular' diet is key for me at this stage. Perhaps my body needs a shock & awe diet then a regular healthy diet thereafter?
I shall continue as is for another 2 weeks and see if its worth continuing, I want to see results! :/
