Your Bargain of this year?

Don't feel too bad - mine is a 2011 calendar for one English pound :D
It is great, though - I looked for ages for a calendar that starts on Monday, rather than Sunday, and found one in a pound shop.

I also bagged a set of Dainese leathers for my girlfriend for £75 delivered from Ebay a couple of weeks ago, which was a hell of a deal.

Asus GTX580 £399.97 @ retail in a London shop when everyone told me I could not get one anywhere for love or money ;)

Looks like a free phone on an Orange £25 a month plan with £50 quidco cashback and '10 months free' by cashback redemption working out at £300 for the 24 month period in total. 300 minutes.

Only works if he remembers to send off the redemption forms at the right time though.

I've just searched for this deal, it is £25 a month on Orange, 10 months free by redemption, works out at £14.58 then. Quidco offers further £46 cashback when the contract finishes, that works out at roughly £12.67 a month. Not a bad deal. Although...

It's 400 mins/unlimited texts but has no internet allowance? Would be no go for me. It does say something about an option of having up to 500MB data allowance but not sure if they charged for that either. It's still not a lot for an Android based phone. Afaik Orange has some silly charges on extra data usage (just checked, it's 60p a day max, can be as much as £18 extra monthly...).

Worth noting it's a clearance phone also, would prefer a brand new one.

I'm thinking of getting Samsung Galaxy S on T-Mobile, £15 a month, phone costs £110 with £30 instant cashback from Quidco, 300 min/300 text/unltd internet usage (3GB/month policy).

ITT, Age of Empires 3 Collection for 10p must be a deal of the year.

Friends complete boxset (seasons 1 to 10, All 238 episodes on 40 discs) - £20 at Tesco

Oh, just remembered.. got a HP Procurve 1810G-24 network switch, £100 off on ebay (£165).

Brand new in the original box with warranty :D

I won a few things this year, do they count? They were free!

Won a sky dive, a wine tasting trip, a meal for 2 at a michelin star restaurant and bottle of champagne and some indian facial massage I gave to my sister.

Not a bad year for winning random stuff!

Toss up between Oceans 11 Blu-Ray - £3

Harry Potter 1 - 6 Blu-Ray - £16.99

Or just the other day, pack of 2 Serloin Steaks - Was £8.99 Now £1.99 - needless to say I quickly emptied the shelves!

Can't think of any stupidly cheap bargains I had found this year, but my Sennheiser IE8's were a bit of a bargain at £80 delivered, they are still £200 on the rainforest website.
