Your favourite film soundtrack?

I'm sure a lot of people on here appreciate how significant the soundtrack to a film is. And as such, I was wondering what your favourite film scores are.

My favourite film composer at the moment is probably John Powell. I've recently got my hands on the soundtracks to both The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum. Both are absolutely superb. I've never really listened to a soundtrack out of context before. But in doing so, you can really appreciate just how good the music really is.

So what are your favourite soundtracks?

Sorry, I should clarify. That in my post, I was talking about the score to the Bourne films, rather than the actual soundtrack. Which would be Extreme Ways I assume.
