I've tried looking at this drunk (from a few weeks back), and sober now, and I only see it going clockwise. The GIF does jerk every so often but I assume that's because I have some background processes running on my machine. Just now, I chucked into my GIF animator program, and I see this:

Yeah, I struggle to see it any other way than clockwise like that.
