Youtube not working on my W995!?!?

I've just taken delivery of my shiny new W995 with o2 and I cant seem to get Youtube working!?!?
It connects to the site and tries to buffer the video but then just comes up with a message saying "Failed" :confused:

Does anyone know how to get this working??

Also, does anyone know if I can download and install things like i-player and google maps etc or do I need to do something in particular to get them working??

No!?!? Does it need it? (I just thought 3G was a quicker version of the internet??)

I've tried my phone via Wi-Fi and it works fine on Youtube and I can download programs off i-Player but not view them via streaming!??!?
