I've done a video of how to rip a Blu-Ray on the Mac, has almost 10,000 views, but I feel it could get more if I spoke.
Don't want to, as I always come across welshy
It's not hard. A decent mike and a bit of self confidence and all is well.
I am not fussed really. Great bottom is nice though.

I just watched a few of his videos - I don't really see the point in watching anything he's filmed =\
And is it a company that has hired "Charlie" to be an actor on YouTube or is just that "Charlie" has bought a camera and now randomly uploads anything and everything he does on to YouTube and now he's making money?
My God, those stats are eye-opening! No wonder Freddie Wong (number 84) said YouTube's his full-time job now...

People that care about ads will block them, those that don't won't. You'll earn a bit of cash. Why wouldn't you do it?

I got one recently aswell but it turns out you can't sign up unless you have a decent website to setup with adsense. Unless i did it wrong but i went through what youtube gave me. My website has basically nothing on it so my adsense application got declined and so my youtube is stuck on
Also it's very strict you can't allow ads to be shown on any copyrighted material at all without the account being deactivated.

I've recently got accepted to use Adsense and monetise my gameplay footage, only problem is that youtube is pretty strict on monetising gameplay footage and there is a lot of copyright etc involved. So basically i can't monetise any gameplay videos i have as i dont have permission to use them commercially and im not a partner of machinima etc.
Another thing to remember is that a lot of these high subscriber youtubers are also selling merchandise such as t-shirts etc. They must make quite a decent bit of cash
