Zalman ZM-NBF47 worth it?

Hi, im considering this cooler for the northbridge of my DS3 and i have a few questions;

1)Will this cooler fit my mobo: GA-965P-DS3?
2)Is it worth getting this in terms of performance + How much diff in temps will i see?

But will this cooler fit the 965P DS3 with an Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro on the CPU (it looks tight)? If not, what will?
