Guys,

I hope you can help with this one. I am looking to but this card

Zotac GeForce 8800 GT AMP 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)

but as you are all aware i'm sure it seems to be out of stock everywhere and OcUK don't have any dates when it will be avaliable, I did have it on pre-order for about 4 weeks but I can't any more as I don't have a machine just now and you can't do the same things at work you can at home

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of other cards around the same price and performance.

Any advice that can be offered would be great.

Have a scout on ebay but remember to add VAT and delivery costs. Not much at the moment, OcUK seems to have the biggest range.

get a g92 512Mb 8800GTS instead, only £10 more and it is faster. Either that or get a cheaper GT and clock it yourself. Not worth spending £200 on a GT.

I went on **** bought a 8800GT AMP for £200 , heard great things about it from here and other places.. Got my delivery this morning saw the box and nearly cried lol it wasn't the amp card , but at the bottom of the box

Doing overclocking , stable at 701/1001 as fast as the GT AMP but i got the GTS
