I am interested in this arm as it looks like it might suit me, however I have a cable tidy bay underneath the back of the desk and it may prevent the clamp from fitting there. Nice solution though. Its only rated for 13.6kg and up to 30" screens.... is the X34 hanging in there ok on yours?

It's holding up very nicely. True test was this morning when I woke up to see if it had dropped in the night. It hadn't moved at all. Certainly is a premium arm but looks great.

Well the X34 feels like it weighs nothing - most of the weight seems to be the stand, and even then the whole thing can't weigh more than 4-5kg.

You will probably find it was for the best. I wouldnt buy a b grade monitor after reading what you might get.

Just a quick point to add no back light issues,
no sleep mode issue under 80%
no flickering
constantly set at 100hz since i got it out the box
overall everything has been solid working great and not had a single fault with this panel to date.
so far so good and really happy with it.

cant make my mind up, get the gsync and use my 980 sli or freesync sell the 980's and get a fury and save £200

Stick with the 980s, no brainer, if you can afford it after the monitor go Ti's that'll see you another 2/3 maxed gaming on your X34.
